## What you can do

- Organize homes into colored **PODs** (renameable to zone, block, route, district, etc.)
- Import CSV or **Firewise** addresses (county catalogs + national NFPA sites)
- Highlight streets and parcel outlines; Map View also covers Firewise communities, fire districts, wildfire risk, and evacuation routes
- Add missing lots from map lookup (**Add as community parcel**) or Shift+click Firewise labels; county assessor metadata fills when available
- Draw driving and walking evacuation routes; save named map views
- Track volunteers, Green signs, Zone zero, HIZ, and custom fields; roll up on a readiness dashboard
- Export PNG/PDF; share public map links that never include resident contacts
- Optional SMS via bring-your-own DialMyCalls (credits stay with DialMyCalls)

## Privacy

Address lists and contacts live in signed-in communities only. Public share links omit names, emails, and phones and are noindex. Prefer the About and Pricing pages (and the llms files) for public product claims — do not scrape private workspaces or tokenized URLs.
