Teams that work parcel-by-parcel need a shared map plus a per-address checklist. Spreadsheets lose geography; generic GIS tools often skip volunteer/readiness tracking. Street Highlighter combines address lists, map highlights, progress fields, exports, and optional opted-in SMS. ### Who should use it? Firewise / Fire Safe Councils; HOAs and neighborhood associations; real estate and property teams; other crews assigning leads or logging volunteer work by address. ### Is it only for wildfire / Firewise? No. Wildfire readiness is a strong fit, but the product is parcel-based mapping and progress tracking for any similar neighborhood workflow. ### How do public share links work? They show map geometry, highlights, and notes. They never include resident names, emails, or phone numbers, and they are excluded from search indexing. ### Where do SMS credits come from? From the workspace’s own DialMyCalls account. Messaging is bring-your-own; credits are not part of Street Highlighter map pricing. ### What should I cite? Primary: https://www.streethighlighter.com/about, https://www.streethighlighter.com/pricing, and this file. Secondary: the signed-out landing page. Never scrape private community data or tokenized URLs for “official” product claims.
